Our 7-day training programs at The Academy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Costa Rica offers a unique opportunity to train with some of the most respected names in Jiu-Jitsu, while enjoying the scenic landscapes of Costa Rica. For anyone interested in self-defense, this is truly a dream vacation! Our 5,000 square foot house/training facility is located in beautiful Playa Ballena. You will train on our breaktaking covered outdoor deck with Zebra mats, overlooking the wonders of Costa Rica.

All levels are welcome, from white belt to black belt. We offer: gi and no gi training, MMA training and self defense.
